Fort Wayne Police Officer Andrew Beck frequently sent photos of himself standing naked in front of a mirror to young girls. And in several discussions with his potential victims, he proposed tying them up and choking them while having sex, court documents said. Beck, 47, was charged Thursday with child solicitation, dissemination of matter harmful to minors and possession of child pornography. Documents providing details were unsealed Tuesday in Allen Superior Court. Reports of his activities with a year-old female Wayne High School student surfaced in April when another student told a school resource officer that Beck was in a relationship with that student. Beck was working at the high school as a part-time resource officer, court documents said. The student told police that Beck's Snapchat username was bushwacker Police checked that account and found several photos of him, including one where he's naked in front of the mirror. The victim and Beck had talked about meeting in person a couple times outside of school but never did, she said. One time, Beck sent a Snapchat message saying he was outside her house and when she looked outside, she saw a white unmarked police SUV parked down the road, the same type of police vehicle assigned to Beck, court documents said.
